Kenya holiday
I recently booked flights to Kenya in June/July via Dream World Travel. I needed to change my outbound flight, but was completely unable to get through to anyone on the phone (despite trying at different times of the day, reaching the end of the queue and on hold for hours multiple times).
After getting through via email to Ahmed Khan today he was super timely and changed my flight details and sent over my email tickets on the same day. Thank you Ahmed, you have absolutely made my day. I understand DWT have been swamped with queries post pandemic, but feel very grateful to finally have my tickets.
I would give Ahmed 5* if it wasn't for the fact that I had such a difficult run to begin with.
