Delay delay delay. Poor communication
Ordered 600L heating oil nearly 4 weeks ago. Website issues meant my first order wasn't processed. Subsequent order has been postponed three times and on the re-re-scheduled delivery day I got a call at 16:15 saying it's been postponed again and they'll 'try and get it to you in the next couple of days'. Poor communication, no forthcoming offer of a refund for the extra money paid for faster delivery (I did get this but had to request) and still no oil. We're now out of oil and have no heating, the house is 11 degrees. Thankfully there aren't any children or old people in the house. A cold and frustrated first time (and last time) customer.
