i found it difficult to see the final list of what i had selected with the price - before i paid, i selected 2 add-ons - but the full list of add ons popped up next to the order before i placed the order. i only knew the final price - after - i paid. now good but hopefully the flowers; vase and chocolates are good

The installation service was delivered by friendly professional people - but it took 2 deliveries as the both the advisor and their manager over the phone did not have sufficient product knowledge. The second delivery charge was waived on request.

Stan from Bak Heating and plumbing arrived on time and was tidy and polite. He set to work immediately and removed the old hob and installed the new one. He wiped it when finished and waited for me to test each burner and ask questions. I phoned around to find a gas engineer and almost lost hope. Stan fully restored my hope and I would highly recommend him.

Hurst did a great job fulfilling this order as placed. Well packaged and prompt. However I bought the worst secateur I've ever seen - Spear and Jackson - Razor Sharp. Absolutely awful. Not Hurst's fault - but should not be re-stocked when exhausted.

i ended up paying £3 for 30 mins parking as the period advertised was £3 per day. the day referred to ended at 17:00...but the day on my clock ended at midnight. this was not clear
