I made a booking on Wednesday and the earliest it could be done was today which you have not fulfilled and only bothered to inform me this afternoon.

I can not move my car anywhere and to be left like this on a Friday afternoon when most places are closing for the weekend is absolutely shocking. I live in a rural village with two children and have the sole responsibility of looking after a 91 year old pensioner who will most likely be left on her own all weekend due to you failing to turn up. I also have no way to go to work on Monday morning after my employer has already been courteous enough to let me work from home for the last two days.

As someone who suffers from anxiety and depression, you have made what was a worrying situation for me turn into something major.

I would also like to add that just saying Monday is not good enough, considering you do Saturday appointments and have not even made me a priority AM slot on Monday.

I am getting extremely worried about my refund. I sent the order back on the 4th February and still no refund or notification of a refund on its way. Have contacted customer service several times.

I love studio and there products. I am put off ordering again as each time I have a delivery by evri it takes ages/ left out side in the rain/ cant change delivery date etc. I recommend you use another carrier or have two carriers which customers can choose when selecting delivery options.
