Receptionist was nice, but the tyres ordered turned out not to be in stock, and they then tried to fob me off with some budget tyres instead. Really poor and a waste of time

The mattress is great, I bought a Pure+ one and I've no complaints about it - fairly firm but only under a really decent foam and memory foam layer. Could do with handles given the instructions demand turning it once a month for a year.

However, despite having spent over £1k, I've already received 3 bits of junk mail marketing from Otty... for yet more mattresses. Literally the least likely expensive item I'm planning on buying now. You've already made the sale.
