Totally seemless process from notification of repair to completion of work on my driveway. Technician Iain was fantastic arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, did what he needed and explained what he had done and replaced my windscreen. Courteous, professional and explained process in laymans language. Totally 5 plus stars.

Just recently moved house from Little Wymondley, Herts to Buntingford Herts.

After lots and lots of delays, different properties, difficult access and too much stuff (including emptying a garage and new property not having one), we did it with immense help from FA Removals and managed from initial contact to completing the move by Sabrina.

Requested many quotes and heard back from Sabrina who took the time to explain the full process, suggested that one of the team come, survey the house to calculate a more realistic cubic size and the awkward loading restrictions plus the size of the furniture. Very soon after I compared the quotes and FA were the most economical, outlining their full menu of services, insurances, and flexibility as they were well aware of the chance of it not happening or at different dates or to different locations. All of which turned out to be true.

Sabrina regularly contacted me for updates which was reassuring to know. It turned out that our original property fell through and we had now a different location. The date shifted many times and finally moved on the 16th April with packing done on 15th April. Sabrina was on hand checking on progress with both myself and her team.

The team were very professional, helpful, providing advice on ways to make the whole process easier and as smooth as possible. There were a couple of minor issues which were resolved with a phone call. Very smooth move after a lot of worrying pre 16th and this was totally down to FA and particularly Sabrina’s customer service support which was 5* +++++ with the help of the crew on site. Everything was done with a happy disposition and progress was tremendous.

Easy to use the Autoglass website to book, Benjamin (Engineer) in constant contact about timings and arrived as predicted. He then explained what he was going to do, the options and the procedure. Performed the repair, replaced the wiper blades. Explained what he had done and departed leaving a very happy customer. From booking on line to completion less than 15 hours. Excellent service.

Ashcroft have been brilliant in helping me with Libre sensor for the first time, providing instructions and being on the phone when I applied my first sensor. They patiently explained what I needed to do and how to do it step by step. They also answered all my queries and silly questions reassuring me that it is a safe and very useful device and over the last 6 weeks has improved dramatically my glucose control dropping my mmol/L.
