Abuse of customer trust
"I strongly discourage renting a car from this company, and I recommend choosing alternatives. They provided a vehicle of very low quality considering the price I paid. On October 18, I paid 500 euros at Venice Marco Polo Airport with the expectation of renting a standard car for a six-day period. However, I received a subpar car that lacked basic amenities like Bluetooth and a cell phone charger. This left us unable to enjoy music during our trip. This experience felt like a clear case of fraud. It's disappointing that a company like Avis, operating under the Budget sector, offers such a vehicle at the price they charge. It is undeniably inadequate and disappointing."
