disappointing from the beginning to the end. They are selling online a product with functions which doesn't even exist. They are still developing some of those promised functions.
Bought mine 3 years ago, never worked properly for more than 2 weeks and the additional warranty I bought, well that apparently has no meaning at all. They admit it is a technical issues and broken (not by me) but won't replace it. They made me an offer to buy the new one for a discount.

It's nice that they have a free test version.
I did that and after the 30 days I wasn't sure if I'd really need such a device so I wanted to return it. They gave me a wrong shipping number so eventually I couldn't return the device. They told me I should recycle it.
What a waste... and also shows the reel value of the product.

To all who are considering to buy a circular ring: don't

I bought mine 2 years ago. It worked a month then dead. They send me a new one, that one worked 2 weeks. I bought from the beginning on the additional guarantee (by EU law they would anyway need to give you a 2 years guarantee).
They are not going to replace my ring which worked a total of 6 weeks for 300 Fr.
They offer me a discount on the new ring.

Even when the website and promise sound nice, Just don't do it!!!
