Motorway kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Clear instructions were given as to what to do and what to expect next. Collection driver was on time and very polite. Payment made instantly for full amount I expected. The only negative was that the value first quoted was much more than what we got in the auction. Thought the value given was ‘reserve’ and as a result would not sell at auction for less than the ‘reserve’ price.

I am totally embarrassed fell for this scam! I gave my payment details to renew my licence did not realise until I received my card statement that £93 taken, have emailed but no response and still not received my licence!
