If I could give no stars I would! If you want a refund go to a shop, 16 days ago I sent my items back and still no refund, Royal Mail confirmed delivery my item even went back on the website to be sold again but I’ve still not been refunded. The customer service now wants me to prove that I sent them back with the tracking receipt! Why when you have emailed me and your website says you have it when I track it what a joke! I used to like this company but not anymore

Please use another holiday company if you want to feel safe and have an enjoyable experience. We used TUI for a holiday to Florida and I will never use them again. I should add this was my 8th time in Florida and first time using TUI and it shall be my last. The hotel they put us in was dirty we had bugs in our bed was given dirty towels with faeces stains on them someone else’s dirty socks were left in our wardrobe we saw prostitues on site. What was supposed to be a family hotel had people playing loud music, we heard multiple guest complaining and someone even had their wallet stolen. Our transfer was supposed to only do 4 pick ups we did almost 10 and we’re on the coach for over 3 hours. our complaints are endless and I complained during my stay and still do not have a response from TUI, their customer service is appalling so please spend your money elsewhere and save yourself some hassle.

I would give this company 0 if it was an option. Please DO NOT use this website. You pay way over the odds for a service that’s extremely poor. Match provide a far better service for about a quarter of the cost. This company also takes money without your permission and they don’t tell you about it and then refuse to pay it back.
