Always a good rate but never get small…

Always a good rate but never get small bills when requested just used euro exchange and they gave what I asked for

Generally, most customers are happy with the mix of denominations they receive, which allows us to keep our costs low across the board. We only charge extra when a specific denomination service is requested, so we can pass those savings on and continue offering some of the most competitive exchange rates online.

I am not going into detail just to say there is no customer satisfaction with this company there after sales service is near to non existent
