Easy to book online. I needed two new rear tyres. The job was done on time. The paperwork was in the car. Polite people. All in all an excellent service .

The ordering process by phone was quick and easy, speaking to a person . The loos were delivered the next day as promised and collected the day we requested.

The engineers who fitted our battery were both efficient and pleasant to work with. The battery is installed where we wanted it, the wiring is not unsightly. In spite of some connectivity issues, Steve got the app working on the phone and we are happy to control the battery from the app. Can thoroughly recommend Octopus!

The shirts are very comfortable and good value. One of them shows some wear and tear which is understandable.
I will be putting in another order in the future.

We had a problem with one of our ID3 key fobs and took it into Sales at Vindis Huntingdon, where we were dealt with by Andy, head of Sales there. Initially he thought the issue was caused by us but when we explained the history of the problem, he investigated and found that the cause was theirs. He then got the service dept to repair the fob while we waited. We were most impressed by his attitude and service.

My phone call was answered promptly by Saj (Business section). She was extremely efficient in sorting out our issue. She also needed to speak to my wife and even waited for a couple of minutes until my wife could come to the phone. Although the issues took a long to sort out, Saj gave me confidence she would do what was necessary. Well done!!

Sam quickly offered us an installation date, having obtained from us the necessary information about our house. Dave attended exactly on time the date offered and fitted our Zappi where we wanted it. He finished in less than 4 hours, ensuring it and our apps were working. Can thoroughly recommend Elecology.
