Items dispatched good time, items as described, however packaging a bit OTT, cardboard box with paper protection far to big for two containers of tablets.

Did give a refund on my purchase of potato growing bags the were just black plastic bags about the size of a A4 sheet of paper.

I had booked a hire car with SIXT at least 6 months in advance of our holiday in Verona and received a number of emails confirming the reservation. However, when we arrived at the Verona office to collect the car, there was a problem was the reservation’ as it was not in the computer system and therefore not on the print out in the desk. After much searching by the assistance behind the desk the reservation was eventually found in the ‘old’ previously use computer system and had not been transferred across to the new system. There were a number of people waiting to collect their cars, however only one person was dealing with the paperwork side, while two other people sat in the ‘back office’, therefore there was a long wait to collect the car. After much searching and discussion, our booking was located and we were allocated a car. This car was a total mess / wreck, very large dent in the rear bumper, missing wheel cover, numerous smaller dents and scratches and worn-out carpets. This car was obviously kept as a car used as a ‘last minute option’. On driving the car away, the tyre pressure warning light was on and did go out as the tyres warmed up, however on subsequent journeys the warning light stayed on, and I had to visit a garage to inflate the tyres. This car would have not passed an UK MOT test due to excessive hand brake travel, 18 clicks on the hand brake to get it to stay on. On returning the car I mentioned all of these issues to the person behind the desk who basically admitted this car was a wreck and use as a last resort when allocating cars. He did say he would email SIXT’s Customer Office over the condition of the car which appears to have been about 18 months old

Ordering and communication good, however item arrived rattling about in the cardboard box with no packaging.

Great quick service puncture repaired within 15 minutes of booked appointment.

Good service and condition of plants on arrival was good, however the size of the box for two plant was OTT, huge box for just two plants which is a complete waste of materials packaging and postal costs.
