Just excellent service and frame

Really nice gent on the phone was able to guarantee I got the frame I wanted for the next day despite me phoning late in the day and possibly near parcel collection time. Well packaged, rapid delivery, great customer service. Overall really chuffed!

Driver is an idiot

Driver left a clearly labelled expensive TV parcel the day before agreed and specified with Argos, outside my front door when I blatantly wasn't in, so it could be rained on and possibly stolen.

I’m really sorry to hear about this. Having a clearly labelled, expensive item delivered a day early and left outside in such a vulnerable spot is completely unacceptable.
