Arrived 2 hours after time slot

Can't fault the man who came here, he was great, didn't take him long to change 2 tires and do a fluids check.
The reason for the 3 stars is that I paid for a 2 hour slot between 12 - 2, he actually got here a 4pm and no communication from anyone about a delay, the tracing still said hell arrive by 2pm
