I've started buying catridge from these…

I've started buying catridge from these guys recently, i should say 1 year back. It serves the purpose , i've bought same catridge for 45 pounds on Staples or amazon. wondering how they can give you this cheaper (i.e less than 10 pounds). I just own a simple B/W printer for printing school stuffs. this is fine for me.

I randomly found Air advisor on google…

I randomly found Air advisor on google search, I never had the confidence that i could submit a claim with them, their Portal was simple and didn't require specific customer info. To my surprise, just uploading my tickets and other info, i recieved updates from them. Their interactive Chat update and response to queries was spot on. That kept my confidence better. I got claim amount in 2 months for 3 of our family members. If you give them full narrative of the claim and reasons behind it., its much easier for them.

Most embarrassing and humiliating…

Most embarrassing and humiliating experience ever. My Enquiry for tickets to India has taken a bad turn after I notified to them about my credit note which they gave me for booking flight anytime. My cancelled trip during lockdown in 2020. The next 5 days I was dragged with no response and false update that the agent is busy on other call. 5 days later I spoke them in staunch way if they really have intentions to book my ticket.,then the agent came into a call and Saud he just returned from his vacation ,whereas their colleagues Said he's busy on other call these days. Well., I left it to lord ayyappan as this is my first time to sabarimalai. The agent started adding all possible clauses so to make me think that credits are useless and convincing me to cancel the credit note n get back only 130 out of 350 pounds which eventually they achieved. My initial Enquiry for destination was chennai ,then changing it to trivandrum ,they charged me with 400 more .ending up 1400 pounds for a 1 week trip going to India. As I enquired with them , there was no proper response or the delays already they caused is hiking the price everyday.which I quoted. They don't care anyways,that's what they wanted. From the initial budget of 1050 -350 , I would be hardly paying 700. Now that my ticket price is 1400 with 1150 outstanding. I paid a deposit of 250 pounds which is also non refundable if I cancel now. What a beauty. I will be loosing 500 pounds approx without travelling now, coz i am planning to cancwl the trip as i cudnt afford this extra burden. ,all that i wished was to use the credit note of 350 pounds which southall travels gave me so i can afford to bare one way charges. But that didnt happen.. May lord ayyappan teach them all good thoughts and give them a human mindset to serve everyone without partiality and not just try and take advantage and treat them like fellow human beings. As a staunch believer of lord ayyappan , I am sure they will find light soon.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with us hasn't been the best.

Our record shows that the credit note was sent to you within 5 days of receiving the request from you. Moreover, it is mentioned on the credit note that you must rebook your flights or claim a refund before 31 December 2021. Since you have contacted us almost a year after the credit note expired, we were unable to rebook the flights and suggested that we will send a refund claim to the airline.

Pertaining to the new ticket that was booked, kindly be advised that our travel advisor provided options to travel to/from other nearby airports to minimise the ticket cost. The ticket was booked just a month before your travel date and you are travelling during peak season hence, the cost was higher than expected.

We hope that we have been able to clarify the situation, however, should you require any further clarification or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Together Energy-A complete joke

Its been a month since i moved into a house and opted for together energy to take over., i got a welcome mail last month 2nd and today been 1 month , they never did a transition or neither asked my meter readings. When we dialed to ask them, they haven't yet processed our request at all for last 1 month and they would take another 2 weeks., There's no substantiation on why they haven't sent me any mails after the Welcome mail last month., it's total joke and they are going to start the process allover again now after a month.
