We promptly despatched your order on Saturday the 23rd; however, due to the Christmas period, Royal Mail, along with all other delivery companies, has last Christmas posting dates as they do not offer a delivery service over the Christmas period as outlined on our website. As you selected a 2nd class untracked service, which takes an estimated 3-6 working days for delivery as indicated at the checkout. We upgraded your delivery service to a tracked 48 service to ensure your order was received quicker at no additional cost to you, and we can see your order is out for delivery today.
