Cornish cream tea arrived on time in perfect order for our 1st Valentines Day as husband and wife, bringing back wonderful memories of the honeymoon we had in Devon and Cornwall. It was all so fresh, the pasties and scones tasted delicious. It was perfect! Thankyou so much!

The shakes, soups and porridge are so easy to make, taste delicious and are full of nutrition. The Habitual team couldn't be more helpful! IIf you have a problem and reach out to them they respond immediately and get the issue sorted immediately if at all possible. Rebecca, today sorted my problem out when I'd missed an opportunity to apply a discount which had been sent me. Couldn't ask for better service. Thankyou Habitual. Fully recommend you to family and friends.

I have written an email explaining that my evergreen capsule stopped working properly...it would not deliver coffee or open without assistance to remove the unspent pod. I asked what they could do for me since i am left with an unuseable capsule which is still well within warranty ...only purchased August 2024 and stopped working properly several weeks ago. I have not had any response to my email, not even an acknowledgement! Not the response I had expected from Evergreen. I will be writing again before I look into taking the matter down other routes to getting a refund rather than a replacement if they do not respond. However having read some other reviews I do not hold out much hope of a positive response from them
