They collected a small crate to go to Australia on Thursday then returned it on Friday claiming because the lid is screwed down they can't open it to inspect the contents, how the hell is the lid to be held down and doesn't a multi-million company own a bloody screwdriver.

I have reported fake adverts by scammers, but Facebook do nothing about it, just so long as they get their advertising fees they're happy.

I bought a diesel transfer pump from their website as it was the cheapest I could find, I didn't pay extra for postage, but it still arrived the next day, the pump is exactly what I wanted and is fast, I would definitely shop from them again

Driver rang door bell

Parcel was a bit battered, possibly because the contents was heavy iron, nothing missing driver actually rang the door bell, most just dump and run nowadays, overhaul I'm happy with the service.

Advertised as next day delivery
But they didn't turn up and upon reading the e-mail again it did say next day delivery but further down it also stated in an obscure colour font, estimated delivery 11th sept, being the 28th Aug today, that's totally unexcitable having paid for next day delivery
I would NEVER have made the purchase if the true delivery date was made clear
I have cancelled the order, let's see how long it takes to get my money back so I can buy from elsewhere but being a pensioner I will have to wait for my refund first

Biggest waste of time ever, told on the phone I will get 5g with a minimum of 100Mpps at my address, so it arrived the next day, great, but only a red dot for signal strength and NO internet available, tried 3 devices but nothing, then I spent over an hour on the phone talking to reps in India trying to cancel and get a refund, but their system doesn't show it delivered?? Now waiting for a call back.

left my parcels on my front door step just begging for someone to steal them, didn't even try to put them out of view behind my large planter as other delivery drivers do, they must have known it was wrong because they put on the tracking they had left them at my back door.

my insurers (Lloyds) quoted me £541.48 and Sterling quoted me £292.01 with Ageas, Sterling was also quicker to put me through to a rep.

This is the second time in a month Amazon says my item's are delivered but they lie, item's NOT delivered and only the invisible man on my CCTV.

Excellent company to deal with, good communications, good prices.

Items never arrived, despite the tracking stated "handed to customer" I have CCTV of my front door proving that statement a lie, my question is when will I get a refund.
