Air parks Express Birmingham

Air parks Express Birmingham. Easy to book through Purple Parking. Easy to park. Bus waited for us while we parked up & offloaded luggage. Quick journey time. Slight wait for a bus on return, but this didn’t detract from a great service

Easy to book

Easy to book, even easier to park. Second time of flying out of Stansted this year and used green multi storey again. A short walk from the terminal building, no waiting for buses. No queuing out of the car park. A breeze

Lincoln Castle concerts

Can’t fault the organisation of the Lincoln Castle concerts. Quick and easy to get in, queues soon went down at all three of the events we attended. Plenty of toilets, security & plenty of choice in food. However a couple of small improvements to make next year please.
A couple of large screens needed either side of the stage.
Reduce the drinks prices by a couple of quid - I appreciate we are held captive, but £6.50 for beer, cider or alcohol free beer, & £32 for wine is extortion!!
Change website wording to blankets/rugs allowed - We sat on the embankment at all three events, but only took a rug on the last event, after seeing everybody else’s.
Allow picnics in certain areas of the castle.
Write in your terms and conditions, that you are attending a concert and not the theatre, for the benefit of the people on the embankment that may shout at you for standing up & dancing!!

Great experience

Great experience. Easy boarding in Hull & disembarking in Amsterdam going out. Coach was delayed setting off for some reason, so anybody going for the day had six hours to look round Amsterdam. Easy boarding in Dam, but long queue at passport control coming back into the country. Always the same! Entertainment was hit & miss.

Arrived four days later than the upto…

Arrived four days later than the upto ten days delivery timescale quoted after chasing on day ten. Arrived in decent condition though. Would’ve earned an extra star if you hadn’t used Parcelforce! Driver saw we had a video doorbell, didn’t use it, knocked and left at the front door in full view. Didn’t even try to hide it behind the bins five metres away! Boycott the cowboys, they couldn’t look after sub postmasters, why give them your business?

Disappointed and let down this time updated.

Having queried the actual bag volume against the wrongly quoted coverage, Deborah has provided excellent customer service by providing the two bags short, FOC.
These were sat on my driveway waiting for me when I arrived home from work.

Disappointed & let down this time

Disappointed & let down this time.
Bought some bulk bags of decorative granite chippings described as covering 16m2 when laid at 50mm thickness. I bought six bags to cover 90m2. However the bags don't contain 0.8m3 & are more like 0.5m3, so you're more likely to get 10m2.
I advised Simply Paving of this when first noticed and they amended the coverage and put the price up by another £60! So you now get less square meterage for twice the price!
I am now at least two bags short to finish and looking at an extra £400 to complete the project.
