I recently used Webtech UK to design my website and the team done a phenomenal job. The communication throughout has been 10/10. I’m very pleased with my site and it was delivered earlier than planned. I would highly recommend Amit & team.

I sent in my phone as I was quoted £123. It was sent in its box with the charger cable & earphones (brand new).

I was then told they would only offer £60 as there were scratches on the screen (I knew it was nonsense, so declined the offer & asked for my phone back).

I then had to pay £10 for them to send my phone back to me.

They sent me a completely different phone (I had sent in a black iPhone, they had posted me a white phone) with none of the accessories or the box I sent in with it.

I’m now battling to either get my original phone and accessories back or the £10 that I paid for my original phone to sent back to me.
I’ve already spoken to Citizens Advice & they said this is typical with these types of online companies.
They don’t have a formal complaints procedure or anyone to contact when things do go wrong, so if you do want to make a complaint you have to go via Trading Standards & Ombudsman, etc.
…All to make a couple of quid ona spare unused phone.

Save yourself the hassle and don’t fall for the inflated initial offer price!

I went to the crash course. It was all just a massive upsell and he fines people £10 if their phone goes off and £10 if you’re late. I understand that this property stuff is a business and you have to exaggerate to a certain degree. But sadly there are people who buy into what they’re being told and sign up for courses they can’t afford. I honestly pity the people who run to the back of the room and fall for the upsell.
