Missing order

Had a problem with the delivery of my order. Took
Me 10 days to find where my order was delivered. I contacted the Frame twice but there was no help from them.

Unfortunately items was not delivered to my address .

Hello,
We have immediately contacted the couriers and they have supplied an image of someone accepting the delivery. This is with an open door on Saturday the 7th March at 11.48am

Can you please contact customer services and we will provide the image from the couriers.

I had very unpleasant experience with…

I had very unpleasant experience with Green Network. Every month they added to my bill penalty charge even I paid my bills on time. Sent a few emails with complains but they not bother to answer. Prompted them today again and waiting what’s going to happen. They sent me letter saying my ‘debt’ has been passed to someone. What the mess, feel sorry for myself. The worst decision ever to swap British Gas to Great Network. I’m going to leave them ASAP
