Samples experience needs work

Good variety of building blocks to replicate cotswold stone but got sent the wrong colour in the sample pack which could have led to a very costly mistake. I had to drive up to see the business in person and whilst, the salesperson was helpful, their method of showing off the various colours was to go and grab one block at a time from the depot because visitors weren't allowed. It didn't fill me with confidence given that two identical colours were apparently different and he had to check a few times with a supervisor. Why isn't there a sample area where visitors can see them all side by side and be confident that they are labelled accurately? Seems like an obvious fix for something that should be simple.

Great service from Joanna Hodgson

Terrible company that doesn’t protect…

Terrible company that doesn’t protect owners from last minute cancellations nor does it bother to put this information on sitters’ profiles so that owners can make an informed decision about who is reliable and who is not. Zero compensation and zero customer service.

Okay but need better allergen support

I quite like HelloFresh, the meals are pretty good and it means I eat healthily and the right portions. But they have got to make things easier for people with allergens. Firstly by not automatically populating your order with random meals or by allowing an allergen preference to be entered somewhere, and also by adding allergen filters for when you search meals. Right now it’s time consuming to go into each meal and check, and this whole thing is supposed to save me time.

Excellent experience

We had an excellent experience using Steven Dilley from Purplebricks to sell our house in Abingdon. It was a difficult time to sell with all the restrictions in place but Steve was helpful, communicative and friendly throughout the process. Took us a few viewings but Steve was always professional and punctual, and we achieved very close to asking price so very pleased. Would highly recommend!

Worst customer experience ever

As per the others really, had a return flight to Vancouver in June 2020 that was cancelled due to COVID. Requested a refund end of August and told it would take 10-12 weeks.... but heard nothing. Chased again in January calling 5-6 times and each time being given some nonsense excuse and told it would be sorted out next week/next day etc. Eventually got the refund mid-Feb when I sent a letter threatening legal action (they must know they haven't a leg to stand on).

My partner had booked slightly different dates but with the same airline and received her refund way back in September so I know it's not an issue of TravelPack not having received the refund from the airline.

Whoever it was at TravelPack that thought this was a good policy, just take a look at all these reviews. Your reputation is in absolute tatters.

Outstanding customer service

I don't often leave reviews but I've had such an outstanding experience with Fast Labels that I think I have to. I was sent the proofs for an order of around 200 labels and I approved them for printing, completely missing a pretty critical mistake I'd make. Despite them already being printed, they went through great pains to re-print the problem labels, at no additional cost, and send them out to me right away.

Keeley helped me out from start to finish and was brilliant, perhaps some of the best customer service I've experienced.

I'm one happy customer and will be sticking with them for all my business's future labelling needs.

No customer service

Very bad company and no customer service at all. Sent my parcel to the wrong depot and then still haven't done anything about it. When you try to call their customer service number, all of the options take you through to 'Refer to our website' and then hangs up on you!

Spoke to customer services as our…

Spoke to customer services as our boiler was malfunctioning only a few months after installation and they gave me a date a few weeks away telling me it was only for administrative purposes and they would get an engineer in on a priority basis at some point over the next couple of days. The original date was obviously not important to me having been told this and was set for midday in the working week. Kept calling back but they never bothered to book anything else. Needless to say the original date came and went, and I still haven't heard anything from them. Awful customer service.
