Petite clothes

I will buy from Tylko again

I bought a wardrobe from Tylko. I am amazed with the quality of the wardrobe. Even the back board is solid!! It took us both only half an hour to build. The instructions are super easy to follow and it's so easy to build. It worths the money. The lead time was also shorter than expected. My only complain is with the company that delivered the furniture. First they delivered only 3/5 boxes, then, they only delivered one box . I had to raise a ticket to let them know that there was one package missing. In the end they delivered all the boxes. However, one of the boxes was clearly damaged during the transport and left small scratches on the side of my gorgeous wardrobe :/

Update: Tylko has very quickly looked into this and will send a replacement part for my wardrobe. Their costumer service is really effective. Thank you 😊

I have bought a couple of beds from this company. Their beds are of very good quality, they always deliver on time and keep you informed of the process. Really recommend this company. We are looking forward to receiving our first wardrobe from them.

I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could

I purchased two eSIM for my relatives during their visit to the UK. I didn't opt for auto renewal and I just found out that they have been charging automatically for now three months. I have been trying to reach out custumer services for the cancellation but they haven't responded to email or the chat service. The call centre was hard to understand and not very helpful, they said that they needed the users of the eSIM to tell them they wanted to cancel, even though I told them that these were esims bought for visiting relatives, who have long since left the UK, and who also don't speak English!

I don't understand how they can take money from my bank account and yet not be able to cancel it! In my initial email from them the only linking detail they have is my email, so I don't understand why from my email they cant also cancel this.

This process seems deliberately designed to trap people and force them to pay for services they no longer want or need, or even use. Other providers email you to remind that auto-renew is setup, lyca do nothing but take the money and presumably hope you don't realise.

Would avoid this company at all cost, they might be cheap at first look but it's not worth it!
Update: I paid for two eSIM and they only paid returned £10 instead of £20. They also not answer further questions (aka cancellation) when using the email provided in their reply. Such a nightmare!

They need a better guidance for…

They need a better guidance for measuring windows for the fitting of the blind. The system might work in an ideal house with cero intolerances in window openings. Their assistance and help on this is "0" if you didn't pay for the insurance.

Edit: we managed to install the blind after loads of work to reduce the size of the cartridge and increase the opening of the window. This shouldn't be necessary if the blind would have had some flexibility to fit if it's only 4-5 mm off! After fitting the blind there were gaps on the top and the side of the blind. So, we had to seal them with a sealer. Thus, the system is not perfect and still very overpriced for what it is. Haveing said that, the system is better than normal blackout blinds (once/if fitted).

We got the tiles from Porcelanosa for the bathroom and kitchen of our new build. The tiles look amazing and of very good quality!

Beautiful and comfortable sofa!

Hi all, after reading many reviews from different companies in the UK, we finally decided to buy a sofa from Sofology. I must say that we definitely love the sofa. We bought the Cricket velvet mix in teal colour, gorgeous!! It took a while to arrive, but within the number of weeks given by the company. They installed the sofa and took all the packaging with them. The care products might be delivered in a different date (that is what happen with ours). I love the teal colour, it looks different with different light and it give lot of colour to the room. I definitely recommend this company.
