Great communication,email sent with drivers name and contact number, reg number and model of car. On both occasions I used Welcome Pickups drivers were waiting ahead of time even for the 05.00 pick up. Clean cars and friendly. Will certainly use again.

After visiting various other shoe outlets went to Go Outdoors (Ipswich) after a few minuets of looking at walking shoes a member of staff (Emma) ask if we needed help,I accepted the offer, she was very knowledgeable about the different characteristics of the shoes, we found the perfect pair in the right size. Great communication from start to finish. Delivery was spot on driver even offered to carry package in as it was heavy. Coffee table was easy to assemble and looks great.

Needed to replace oven shelves in our discontinued oven, tried ebay, Amazon etc but could only find cheap imported rubbish. Contacted White Goods had a really fast response to message, after a short period they produced the the part number and I was able to order the original shelves.
Nice to deal with a company that genuinely seems to care about its customers.
