Delivery address finally changed

Finally received an email, today, explaining what has happened, for some reason my domain emails were going to spam, but that has been resolved now. The address has been changed as requested, and for the inconvenience I've had, my dad will receive a little extra food in his hamper.
Fingers crossed he will enjoy his present next week.
Placed an order for my dad's Birthday, as I dont live near to him. Soon as I got the email confirmation, I noticed that I didn't put his delivery address, and it was coming to me. The email said if any details are incorrect to reply to that email, which I did. I also asked for confirmation that they have changed the address. After a week no reply. So I gave since sent a couple more emails and called, which no one replied so I left a message. As of today, I still don't know if my dad is going to get his present in early December, Very disappointed. Non existent customer service
