The sales person was not too pushy and we were able to go away and measure up to ensure the sofa would fit in our home. she was helpful with advice and we were impressed with her knowledge. Friendly service and good prices.

The people who delivered were very good at doing their job and we're able to sort out the fact that the wrong item had been delivered.
But when I went to reorder the correct item it ended up costing me money as I had to arrange for a set delivery slot due to work and this invite a cost of £60. As it was not my error I feel that they should have not charged this.

Wallpaper came when it said it would and looks fabulous.

Wallpaper samples gave me a greater idea of what I wanted. Wallpaper arrived quickly, in a cardboard box so it was not in any danger of being damaged.
