Bed was easy to assemble on my own and looks great. Simple instructions and easy to follow. Well packaged to avoid damage on transit. Deliver drivers, a couple were polite and carried the bed in in two boxes. Good job.

The guys were quick and did the change of both tyres quickly while I walked into town for a coffee. They called me when it was done and made a point of reminding me where the locking wheel nut was.

I spoke to Isaac who was very helpful and answered my question easily. Good lad!

Jack the meter fitter did the change of both meters quickly and without any problem. He made sure the boiler was working and restarted it while waiting for the smart meter to update and checked we still had heat. He did a great job and left no mess.

Easy to order and delivered on date required. They also easily dealt with a technical question on the phone.

Driver observed social distancing and left package outside. He was very polite.
