Rubbish delivery again I don’t know why I bother using Best Heating because furdeco have to be about the worst Delivery firm I have the displeasure to deal with I do not expect to be told off by the delivery guy because I was working two doors away from where the delivery was he has better things to do and a family to go home too well I suggest he gets another job because he’s a bad delivery driver

Third attempt to deliver a basin
Third attempt to deliver a basin
1st attempt at delivery basin had metal rub mark on glaze, sent basin and waste back . Was told warehouse had removed mark (shame they did not do that before delivery.)
2nd attempt again mark in glaze as all items were sent back the first time the same was done the 2nd time
3rd successful attempt delivered basin good but no waste sent ,I was told I should have kept the waste 0n the 3rd attempt yet was told to send them back the first two times ! I have been running my bathroom business for 25 years now successfully . I'm afraid I cannot use a company like Clickbasin that takes three plus weeks to fulfil a simple order and that changes the information/terms to suit themselves

Rang Barclays this morning to inform them that my father had passed away at the weekend. Not a mention of sorry to hear that .all I got was as you don’t have the account number at the moment,There’s nothing we can do to help until you give us the account details. yet when I rang the Cambridge building society what a difference a man was so helpful, he apologised and gave me sympathy for my loss. A froze my dads account which is all I wanted Barclays to do .The difference of service levels leave a lot to be desired Barclays. You need to take a leaf out of the Cambridge building societies book and actually start caring about your customers very disgruntled bereaved son

Repeatedly bad service from Bathstore
I took delivery of a Lagoon bath which was damaged. I contacted Customer Services to explain the situation, initially this was dealt with okay and I was offered either a replacement bath or the damage to be repaired. I refused the repair as there was a lot of damage to the bath and a replacement was sent out. It arrived two days later than scheduled due to the delivery van breaking down. It also arrived damaged but only to two small areas so I requested that the bath should be repaired rather than replaced as each time a delivery occurred I had to remove the front door and the bedroom doors to allow the men to get the bath upstairs. They refused to repair it and sent a replacement. This is when the real aggravation with dealing with somebody like the Bathstore and DHL (who do their deliveries) really hits home. I received a text message on the Wednesday night for delivery on the Friday morning saying the bath would be delivered between 7.30 am and 11.30am. I contacted the Huntingdon Branch and spoke to Mike to explain the fact that the bath was being delivered to a customers address as I am a bathroom installer and that I would need to remove their front door at or before 7.30am on a Friday morning and also the bedroom doors to allow for delivery of the bath. I simply asked if I could have a better idea as the customer did not want me to do this so early in the morning. He was putting it politely downright rude and unhelpful and basically said that if I was not at the property to accept delivery I would be charged £40 for a missed delivery and if I did not like this then to ring customer services. I rang customer services on the Thursday to be told there was nothing they could do and to contact DHL. I then spent in excess of two hours of my working day trying to contact DHL without success. I then called back to Customer Services at Bathstore who put forward a request for a phone call from DHL to myself and finally at the end of the day I managed to talk to a guy about the delivery. He stated that he could not give me a time for the delivery the next day but they would ring me half an hour before delivery. I went to my customers house early on the Friday morning and parked down the street so I did not disrupt anyone, waiting in case a Bathstore van turned up with the bath. I heard nothing until 9.20am which was approximately 10 minutes before they arrived. I was greeted by three DHL delivery guys of which were all polite but clearly one was having a bad day. Once they had delivered for the third time again a damaged bath, which my customer has despaired with but finally decided to accept, the delivery guy decided to elaborate why he was in a bad mood. The first two delivery guys who delivered the original bath who I must say were polite, helpful and I had no problems with whatsoever had been sacked due to the delivery of the damaged first bath. Which I find totally unacceptable as usual it is poor organisation from Managerial positions that cause all the issues I have had, it is them that should be sacked and not the delivery guys. Just to recap three baths delivered, the final one is still damaged but in a minor way so the customer has accepted, running around making phone calls after Bathstore and DHL has probably cost me a day of my work, I put an official complaint in with Customer Services regarding Mike at the Huntingdon branch, and have heard nothing, they were supposed to get back to me within 48 hours, it has now been in excess of ten working days. As a professional bathroom installer I would strongly suggest considering buying your bathroom products from other much more customer orientated outlets.

80mm pipe & bends
Lady was helpful on phone with initial order , ordered on the Thursday wanted express delivery as I was on a very tight time frame due to other trades , but the items were out of stock . I received three quarters of the order on the following Tuesday which was border line to late , but 2 bends did not arrive so I had to improvise with the pipe , tried to cancel bends that day but was informed that they where on the way and I could not cancel .I received them on the Wednesday which was to late , now got two pointless bends that I have paid for but can't use . Service was ok but out come ultimately fell short of expectations.
Up date (3 /11/2016) i-sells contacted me regarding the above and it has all been resolved despite what I have said I would use this company again.
