Contacted Crown Tiles by phone & emailed a photo of the damage. Replacements were sent out & arrived the next.

I ordered a Grohe socket spanner on Thurs 13 July & its arrived today (Thurs 19 July) that's 5 working days, & it has had to be imported from Germany- I followed the delivery progress easily as I emailed Superbath for tracking details. The product was in perfect brand new condition & does its job perfectly. I'd have given 5 stars if it had been delivered a day or so earlier, but that's just me being picky. No complaints from me about Superbath, & I'll use them again.

I thought Sheila's Wheels was for ladies only. I'm well impressed that as a man I've now got my car insurance with them. Sheila's Wheels came in over £120 cheaper than my old insurers' renewal quote, & that was even after I rang them & they knocked £100 off their first quote.
