A shout out to Pavestone's Customer Service Manager Sam who sorted out my twice messed up request for samples from their sister company Paving Direct. Following my review this was fixed the next working day with the arrival of the correct samples. Now all I have to do is choose which one.

Really positive first purchase from Gear4music. I ordered on the Saturday and was able to pick up from a very close collecting point on the Sunday - no hassle. Ordered basic own brand stool and music stand and both fine. Great price, reasonable quality and just the reliable, basic items that I need as a beginner. I have a small niggle that the stool does not lower quite low enough for my height but I've got it working fine for me and for the price I'm happy.

Really, really pleased with this and amazed at the low price for quality. It's robust, well-made and arrived promptly. With the unseasonably warm spring weather, it was used to relax on in our sunny garden within a few days.

We bought 2.5 tog European down duvets and Egyptian cotton bedding to match, and both are excellent. The duvet is exceptionally light, but still has a little cosyness. The sheet and covers are fabulous - my husband loves them. They have a slight satin sheen and just feel lovely to curl up in. I'm already thinking about what I can do to justify a European down duvet for the winter in a warmer weight ... We bought a Climarelle 2.5 tog duvet a couple of years ago and the filling has clumped a little. However, I'm guess that the down, with the correct washing and drying, will not do this.
We had a minor problem with one incorrect item being sent, but that has been speedily and courteously resolved.
