Let down slight by the use of a particular courier

Really good website, great company to purchase from. I found the site by accident but so glad I did. Excellent prices, speedy delivery and I am so pleased with the shoes. I purchased the Ascis Novablast 5 TR. A really comfortable and responsive shoe.

Whilst the order was processed quickly. It was as always let down by the courier you use. They are slow and provide limited communication. Also it was left on the door step despite both myself and my wife being at home. We saw the delivery via the doorbell and retreated the package from the step. The driver was on route elsewhere.

What I like about this process is the ease of access. I also appreciate the 24 hour turnaround ( optional extra) as in some case I need things quickly. If there is an issue and items need to be returned, this is equally done with a few clicks of the mouse and a w alk to the post office.

I made an order for a 11 speed cassette. It arrived next day. There was a problem with the part. I made telephone contact and by the end of the call another replacement cassette had been dispatched. I returned the original item. Great response, happy bike again and outcome really good. A true customer centred approach. Excellent company

I ordered and received the brake caliper very quickly. It fitted straight away and worked really well. I exchanged the pads for better quality pads. It otherwise a very good looking product.
