Total scam. Booked everything in, they wait until after 5pm the day before to text me and tell me they're overbooked. They didn't even have the courtesy or competency to let me know before 5 so I could call other garages.

Avoid like the plague.

ETA: They tried to get this review removed by pretending what I'd written wasn't true before adding their pr-friendly response. Awful company. Avoid.

I had a problem so called Plunger. An engineer informed me it would cost around £850 for parts and labour to fix, and I had to pay half up front. They came to do the work, and said in fact they had been wrong the first time round, and there were so many problems I could risk trying to fix it or, if I agreed then and there, they would take the original £850 off a new boiler. I knew it was possibly a scam, but decided it was probably worth getting a new boiler. They fitted it, it still didn't work. Turned out the boiler they fit isn't compatible with my existing thermostat. I asked if this is a problem that happens sometimes and they said yes, but they hadn't checked, and would replace the thermostat for no extra cost. For weeks now, they have made appointments and not shown up, ignored my calls, hung up on me, promised to call back and never have, said on one occasion the engineer was 10 minutes away when there was no engineer booked. This has been a nightmare. My boiler is outside and can only be operated (heat turned on and off by going outside and manually turning it on - when it is dark by 4:30). It's constantly cold. They have taken thousands of pounds, promised to fix the work, and just won't. An engineer said he'd come today. More than two hours ago he said he was an hour away, but is now ignoring calls. That is the fourth missed/ignored appointment. Avoid for your own financial protection.

UPDATE: Someone from the company eventually turned up and fixed the thermostat.They had said they would be there between 2pm and 4pm, but arrived closer to 7pm, but hopefully this weeks' long nightmare is over.

I sent my sample (via Royal Mail 24hr) on a Wednesday. I kept checking my reference number, but they had no record of it. The following Monday, they emailed to say I needed to give blood again and they offered to send another kit or organise an in-clinic appointment.

I have now replied three times to their email and they haven't replied. I suppose this is their way of making money, and I will have to accept that I have been conned out of the money I spent on the test.

These products smell so delicious, they actually make me clean more.

They are also extremely effective - not just for an eco-friendly brand, but compared to products that are unsafe for waterways etc. They are the best performing products I've used.

They are pretty pricey, but as the company grows, I would expect this to come down. As it stands, I'm happy to pay the current price, due to the efficacy and the lasting, delicious scents.

I had an issue with an order going missing (which I think was on the courier's end) and the friendly and helpful CS rep sorted it immediately.

Made a very expensive purchase from Laura Ashely, was shocked to discover they use Yodel - famously bad - to deliver items like paint etc. Had I known this, I would not have bought from the company.
They delivered when we weren't in, so we re-arranged for a Saturday delivery. I received an email confirming this. I was given a massive (10 or 12 hour) arrival window. Waited in ALL DAY. Online tracking just said status: delay.

No attempt to deliver.

Arrived home on Monday after work. Yodel attempted delivery. Now I can't even try and re-arrange, as it says my package is 'out for delivery' the whole time. Can't talk to a human being.

In the future, I will avoid retailers who use this courier.

Ordered plates in the afternoon, paying for standard mail, and they arrived the very next day (Saturday). They were inexpensive and seem to be high quality. Also received a fixing kit with both screws and stickies.
