Fitted my chosen tyres at the appointed time. Advised me that I needed the tracking checked and adjusted. In hindsight, I should have accepted this recommendation as they were much cheaper than the main dealer where the car was going for MOT and service.
We used torfx to send money from Britain to the USA. Our account manager Chris Clemens was on hand to help navigate the process and it all went smoothly. We have continued to use the service and are now comfortable to do it ourselves but know we can ring Chris if we have any questions.
Best way to get from Bristol to Heathrow. Reliable service, comfortable coaches, friendly staff.

Really good service from start to finish. Our things were handled carefully by the crew who were friendly, cheerful and resourceful. We were worried about the move beforehand but the team smoothed all of the issues out. Highly recommended!

EV Smart charger installed in 2019 has become less reliable recently. Asked Rolec for assistance and they nominated a local electrician, Source, to attend and service. The root cause seems to be poor 2G phone service that the unit is incapable of reconnecting to. When the unit is turned off and on again it usually works for around a week before losing its connection agaian. After two visits they were unable to upgrade the unit to the latest firmware saying that the latest parts aren't compatible with a unit of this age. Source are saying that there is no alternative but to install a brand new unit. Rolec have provided no assistance and Source are saying that they are just following instructions from Rolec. The result is that Rolec have left me with the impression that they do not properly support their products within the expected lifetime of a unit.

Easy download of product. Clear instructions from SoftMall to activate the product using the key that they emailed to me. Product is the Long Term Service Channel (LTSC) version of Office. i.e. it isn't Microsoft 365 with its subscription fees.
Our customer account manager Chris was always available to answer questions as they arose. Would have rated as 5* but we instructed a large payment at 10am but nothing seemed to happen until the end of the day when it was too late to get an approval from torfx's security guys.
Delivery was a bit slower than promised. In mainland England so no reasons for delays. Ordered Sunday and received Friday. Was promised 1 business day to despatch and two days to deliver so that should have been received on Thursday. Otherwise, good price, well packed and right books so quite happy with service.

Simply appalling. Repeated promises that don't get fulfilled. They are polite enough but they do not actually resolve any problems within the time that they promise

Still waiting for delivery of a TRV. Delivery service UK Mail gets terrible reviews because it is impossible to deal with and their drivers seem to systematically avoid dealing with customers - 26% of their customers rate it as 1 star
