Ordered through BA shopping to get bonus AVIOS. S&S cancelled the AVIOS so I cancelled my order.
Not how to look after your customer. Being cheap never works for retailers.

I’m without all the cushions for my sofas and he no longer answers the phone.
The whole thing has been a disaster.

After reviewing your case in detail, I can explain the two occasions when your order was placed on hold:

During your health consultation, you selected "Upload photo later" which automatically triggers a hold and reminder email. Since you had previously provided a photo, selecting "Already provided photo" would have prevented this delay.
The second hold occurred because our records showed a gap of more than 4 weeks between orders. As part of our duty of care, we need to verify such gaps in treatment.

I apologise for any inconvenience these delays caused. You mentioned we did not respond to emails - I've checked our records and can see responses to all communications, but if you could point out specific emails we missed, I would appreciate the opportunity to investigate further as we take our communication responsibilities very seriously.

The goal posts have obviously been previously sold…

The goal posts have obviously been sold and returned as the packaging is all sellotaped up.
It’s my nephews Christmas present and I don’t have time to go through the stress of contacting Net World Sport to return them and get a new set.
If your going to resell goods please repackage them.

Good customer service.

I put a one star review on Trust pilot after being charged £58 for changing my number plate.
They have emailed and called me to explain this was a mistake on their part. They have refunded £33 and apologised.
Still £25 to change the number plate. Which is strong money so that’s why it’s not 5 stars.
But good customer service recovery.

Trying to book a family ski holiday to…

Trying to book a family ski holiday to Austria for February 2025.
Only issue is our son is at Uni in Bristol and we live in Yorkshire. So want 3 flights from Manchester and one from Bristol. Not possible with Crystal holidays.
They want a single person supplement for my son as a single booking and a single person supplement for our daughter!!!!!!
Completely ridiculous policy. Never mind I will book elsewhere.

Thanks for your feedback.

We are very sorry, that we are unable to make a booking for you with different flights this is because it causes difficulties further down the line with the holiday.

You will not be able to check in online, manage the booking online or receive SMS for return transfers and any subsequent flight delays.

The main issue is if there is any delay or disruption, customers will not receive important updates from us, so this is not something we can continue to do.

Unfortunately they accepted my order…

Unfortunately they accepted my order for a £2000 ride on lawn mower. Took payment then cancelled it as I live too far away for them to deliver!
They need to update their systems so this doesn’t happen. It’s not that hard.
I’ll now need to wait for the refund to reach my account before I can buy another mower.

I contacted you as soon as I had seen you had placed your order and that it would not be financially viable for us or yourself to deliver this as all our Ride on Mowers are delivered fully tested on our own van fleet with a Radmore and Tucker employee. We offer free delivery up to 100 miles on our small ride ons and 150 miles on the larger spec of EX2 9FB. If you are out of this area, we do ask that you call us first and we will certainly quote a delivery charge, but on this occasion, due to your location, it was far to long a journey. We do state this on our website and the actual product page. I am sorry that you have missed this information and the inconvenience caused. Amy, Customer Service Team.
