I went into browse and ended up buying some mountaineering boots back in January.

Big Thank you to Julie in the shoe/ boot department for allowing me the time to try on both 6.5 and 7 boots a few times and answering the numerous questions I had.

Also thank you for finding me an end of range boot which was more in my price range.

I have always received prompt replies from customer service and they are so pro active and helpful.

I should really have a MW loyalty card for the amount I buy😅
