Complete joke of a firm.

Booked MOT and full service something like 6 weeks in advance. Told on arrival...MOT guy sick.. cannot do service as a package. Booked me 2 weeks later.
2 weeks later get a call at 11am... Cannot do your MOT... Guy goes home at 12. Your booked for 1pm. Come collect your car. Manager not available for 5 days. MOT expires 10 days.
Be warned... Bunch of cowboys.

Just bought my regular Pepsi

Just bought my regular Pepsi, as I have for years. Only to find that they have destroyed it by adding artificial sweetener. If I wanted a product that has sweetener I would buy Max or diet. I find the taste of sweetener highly unpleasant. No warning on the packaging and really no justification. There are so few products left on the market that don't contain that muck. Yet another company that has little respect for the consumer. Thinking we will not notice. If your intention was to provide a competitor with more customers; Well done, mission accomplished. I will not be buying this again. Full fat Coca-Cola for me from now on. If you're justification is cost of living and makes it more affordable, forget it. I will pay the extra for something I can drink. Would have given no star!

I've been robbed

I sent a who year buying Morrisons saving stamps. Due to personal reasons, we did not spend them. Not really taking much notice of the expirery date ( not expecting them to last less than 6 months from purchase). We intended to spend them now we are out of shielding due to Covid-19 to find that they are not valid. This is robbery pure and simple. I for one will not be shopping in Morrisons again. I hope anyone reading this think twice about the saving scheme or SCAM as I now see it

Nectar chat resolves issue without fuss

Okay, idiots at a BP station messed my points up. Failed to scan and then told me nothing they can do. Wrong! But nectar chat resolved the issue without having to go back and tell them that they need to issue an IOU for points.

Very happy with nectar chat and Nectar in general. Free stuff for buying fuel.

Site cancelled my order and my account !!

Placed an order and paid with paypal.
Confirmation from ebuyer and paypal.
couple of minutes later refund into my paypal account and order cancelled.
Also ebuyer account closed!!
No explanation.
Items still in stock!!
WTF !!!
