when I gave the car back, without saying anything , they charged an extra 200 € for a scratch that wasn’t there when I gave it back! and on which I rode only 40 km. Cheating en scam. So good advice take a photos with date en time.

bad service , they take advantage if they see that you have no option , so for an additional 25 kg luggage they charge 250€ motivating this by the fact that I bought a ticket cheaper than on their website
