In ordered at item on the 29th November from Frasers. Evri the courier apparently lost the parcel. I have reordered and hopefully it will arrive this week.

Update - I have just read all of the 1 star reviews on Trust Pilot and many of the bad reviews are linked to delivery issues. I have no idea why a great distinguished company like Frasers uses these Courier companies like Evri who are not to a good standard. Paying extra for posting but still getting such a poor service is not a good look for Frasers:

Item came quickly. Also got an NHS discount on CHANEL. Can’t fault the service.

Ordered on Sunday. Arrived on Monday. First time I have used My Protein. Tastes ok, not too sickly sweet as you tend to get with some protein powders. So far so good. P.S. Also got a free shaker.

Michael Kors Glasgow. Bought a bag 8 days ago at Black Friday sale price of £185. 6 days later it’s reduced again by £60. The store won’t refund the difference or give a voucher. You need to buy something/anything at the difference in cost. Even though when I called I was told they would refund the difference . Rude management.

Call taker was very clear in what I wanted to know and get done.

Great service and recieved order within 48 hours, protein powder mixes well and tastes fine. Creatine tasteless as always. Would definately use this company again.
