Quality of the product, excellent service

Pharmacy2U has always given excellent service with very helpful and knowledgable staff. Service is very quick with emails to show progress of orders. Recently,
that service has become even better by allowing Warfarin to be ordered online without any need to phone.
When I see long queues waiting in traditional pharmacies, I feel like telling them, Go to Pharmacy2U

Jay is the by far the best person I have dealt with online. He is so clear and helpful, responds to emails immediately and his answers often covered topics that I did not mention but should have. Your process for selling a watch is very well developed and designed but when I still managed to get some things wrong but Jay was always there help. but. Unlike my experience with another online watch buying and selling company, Jay was never pushy. He gave the impression that I was his only customer. I cannot rate Jay highly enough

The only thing great about Pharmacy2U is the wonderful staff. And l would’nt need to bother them if your systems were anything near functioning. First, it insists that my date of birth is wrong. Second, it has not accepted my Warfarin order online for at least a year. It did for at least three years previously, but now does not. Every month your staff pass this on and are told that “the system is being updated”

Your wonderful staff are excellent at making up for your lamentable website and software Without those staff I would have long since been an ex-customer.

My telephone call was answered very quickly and immediately l was put through to a real person who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My call was about a six-old cleaner that had stopped working. The GTech person quickly analysed that it was a battery problem, explained how to change the battery and sent a replacement that to arrived next day free delivery. This is typical of Gtech’s service
