User friendly and reasonable fees

It was a very easy, customer friendly system. As a confirmed technophobe it was a great relief and the cost was extremely reasonable.

Telford’s exceptional service

I have used the Telford centre on three separate occasions and I have never had any cause for complaint. The standard of customer care is exceptional. They will go out of their way to try and meet the customer’s needs.
I cannot speak more highly of them.

Happy to say that all is well

Further to my recent review I am delighted to say that this is a company that takes its responsibilities seriously.
Within 36 hours of the first review I was contacted and the problem was resolved.
It’s unfortunate that it came to this and that I had to resort to such tactics in order to resolve the problem.
My broadband supplier, Plusnet, has tried to take the credit for the matter being resolved when the inordinate delay was all their responsibility.

Avoid at all costs

Further to my earlier review I can now confirm that I have managed to resolve the problem. I made contact directly with Openreach and had my services restored within 36 hours.
Plusnet then had the temerity to tell me that their supplier had resolved the problem.
For the sake of clarity, I resolved the problem not Plusnet. They have also had the temerity to bill me for the period that I was without service.
They are an utterly deplorable company, with no regard whatsoever for their customers.
Needless to say, a formal complaint to Ofcom will follow.
As soon as I can escape my contract I will. In the interim I will do my level best to educate people as to the true nature of this awful company

Hopeless beyond words.

Three weeks ago I lost my broadband connection. A falling tree had taken out the pole that carried the cable.
Openreach attended three days later only to leave because there was an electrical connection on the pole that was still live.
A week ago, two weeks after the site had been made safe the pole was reinstated.
One might have expected the engineer to connect the line and reinstate my broadband service. Not so.
Five days ago I was told that the Openreach Chief Engineer would be attending to assess and resolve the problem within 48 working hours.
As you can probably guess, I’m still waiting.
It would appear as if the engineer only works two hours a month. Thus, I might expect reconnection sometime around August 2025, if I’m lucky.
Unfortunately I’m unable to take up the matter with Openreach because my broadband provider is the customer, not me.
Frankly, I have no confidence that the service will ever be reinstated and that I’m the victim of a company that simply couldn’t care less.

Customer service? Not even close

I have been waiting three weeks for the restoration of my broadband service. The only thing that I get from this useless band of fools is the promise of an update, which never arrives.
Promises are made but never kept.
The team that are allegedly dealing with the matter will not accept my phone calls and the only people that I am allowed to speak are incapable of providing any assistance whatsoever.
Speaking to them is an exercise in futility.
They need to carefully reassess their concept of customer service because, from my perspective, it’s conspicuous by its absence.

Autoglass don’t repair or replace for nearly two weeks

I had to wait two weeks for a replacement rear screen. Initially I had a technician attend but he complained that the replacement screen was the wrong one. I would have thought that they would have been able to ascertain what screen was needed.
During the lengthy wait for the new screen there was no communication whatsoever.
