The silent alarm clock thats not silent!

Delivery good, earlier than expected and it is a clock and it does have an alarm.

Where to start

Where to start? five months of being in debt on gas a/c to find Ovo owed me £1000 + on electricity a/c. set up a payment plan for gas a/c to later find l didnt have a payment plan and got letters about passing my details to debt collection agency, set up payment plan 'again' and repeat of not having one, applied for a refund so paid off the gas. Received email from ovo on 16th April to notify me of reduction of Electric Direct Debt for May
I seem to have made a mistake about the new amount of direct debit and date it is taken out...my apologies for that.

** UPDATE **

Hi Sue,

Looking over your accounts I can see that you currently have no Direct Debit set up on your gas account. If you call our Care team on 0330 303 5063, they'll be able to set this up for you. They will also be able to amend your electricity Direct Debit and the date it's taken if this would be helpful.
