my booking was cancelled on the day of my appointment as optician called in sick, managed to get another appointment later in the afternoon, nice and polite staff happy to help even when my name was called out wrongly but we joked about it, eye test very thorough, pleasant and happy while eyes being tested. plenty of choice decent prices too.
