Save your money, had to call these clowns out for a boiler fault which turned out was not covered under thier terms and conditions, I was told a complete system drain was required when the engineer attended he fixed the boiler in 45 mins without even turning the water off,
This cost me in excess of £300 when I complained I was told the engineer was working on the fault for an hour and a half which was total rubbish and I was entitled to a £75.00 rebate
Got rid and went back to British Gas. Avoid like the plague.
