Misleading prices and insufficient cleaning

I had my car serviced yesterday (minor service) and I was asked to pay more than 900£ for items requiring immediate attention. This was surprising since I bring the car regularly for service every year.
The main items brought to attention were a replacement of rear discs and pads which warned at 3mm (at the service 1 year ago they were at 10mm, so this was a surprise), and the replacement/cleaning of air conditioning gas. I was asked to pay almost £300 for the air conditioning service, which I rejected. On the online website the advertised specific cost for this item is £149, so it's unclear why I have been asked to pay double this amount when it was brought up during the service.
The cost of replacement of pads/discs was also not matching what is advertised on the online service booking page.
Additionally the car was not fully cleaned outside (patches of dirtiness near the track and wheels) and it was not at all cleaned or vacuumed inside.
