Not brilliant for a main dealer.
Was sent a link an hour after dropping off the car to keep me informed of it's status but all it did was take me to a page to book a service
Normally get a video of the car health check but that didn't happen until later in the day when I received a message around lunch time to say the car was ready and I rang them to question it when they had said it was booked as an all day job. When I rang to ask if it was really ready and had they stopped the health check video I was asked "did you not receive it and let me send it again" of course it was instantly received...strange eh ?.
When I picked the car up the bill was over £200 less than quoted, I had said it was an oil service but the booking geniuses said it was a major service with spark plug replacements recommended, turns out it was just an oil service because the major service was done last year....it's all in the system.
The system for updating the progress of the vehicle didn't work, the video report of the vehicle check wasn't sent until I asked for it and the work that they booked it in for was absolutely wrong, all in all not a great experience.
