On the Cotswold Outdoor website I found a clothesline I wanted and at a good price. Ordered for click and collect but somehow missed the collection email before I went out of town and missed the collection date. I called later to see if it was too late. My call was answered in good time and the staff were helpful, saying it hadn't been sent back yet and they'd put a note saying I'd be coming in. I was able to pick up my order even though I was quite late and I'm very grateful!
