We have used MyRent to do all of our documentation and collect rents for over 5 years. They are very much cheaper than a property manager, and frankly very much more efficient. The team at MyRent are a pleasure to deal with, their response time to queries is amazing. We do our own property inspections using the MyInspections app, at no extra cost. The app is so much easier to use than the traditional paper version i was using, and it copies and saves all your inspection details onto the MyRent web portal. You get reminders of when inspections are due, they send tenants reminders of rent payments and follow up if a payment is overdue. They do the advertising, credit checks and referee checks.

I can't recommend MyRent enough, after doing it ourselves for years, then using a property manager, MyRent is by far the cheapest and easiest method of managing your rentals.
