Worst IT and limited customer service hours.Can’t use email address as your username. Can never remember username because my name is used and I need a number appended to my name. A member of the leadership team says that’s my problem. You don’t get a message about incorrect username so you wind up changing your password numerous times to no avail. No customer service after 5:30. Leadership team says there’s no need to change process because it’s been in place for years and they “make money”. With that “leadership team” I can see why they have antiquated customer service and are arrogant to boot. They need to learn to follow standard IT processes. Terrible company.
