No compassion from customer service team!

Would strongly avoid using their online service. I used their online service to purchase two cards due to me ending up in hospital suddenly. I was very out of it on medication at the time and did not double check the address and missed off the door number. * just want to add that most online service providers stop the order going through if the address is not correctly filled*.. anyway. I noticed the error so contacted customer service. I was informed that this was already showing as dispatched so they couldn’t amend the address or provide a refund however the cards would be returned to them and a note will be put on my order to provide the correct door number.

It has been almost two months since this happened and I’ve had no cards and no refund! It was only two cards and has cost me £7-£8!! Wouldn’t have been too fussed if the cards actually turned up!

Just to add to card factory’s response because they clearly didn’t read my review properly. The order definitely hasn’t been passed to them and sent out again as it’s now been well over a month since the expected delivery date

As advised by the team at the time, once an order has been dispatched we’re unfortunately unable to amend the delivery address. If the address details are incomplete, the item is normally returned to us by the courier before we’re able to take any further action.
